Job Description:We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. who will oversee demand generation initiatives to grow the inbound flow of B2B prospective leads and customers.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including CRM generated marketing, marketing promotional programs, conference and trade shows, content to drive inbound traffic
- Create business case studies, newsletters, news articles, brochures, and digital content
- Coach and guide any direct reports/team members
- Manage SEO, company website, and technical skills related to this area
- Manage social media marketing initiatives to increase engagement and drive traffic to our company website and social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs on time and within budget
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective
A minimum of 8 or more years doing Sales or Marketing inbound lead generation- Expert in strategizing scalable lead generation execution and producing high-quality content.
Specialist in creating Marketing Email Campaigns and maximizing the potential of CRM systems.
- Skilled in developing Business Case Studies, Marketing Campaigns, Newsletters, News Articles, Brochures, and Digital Content, and Overseeing Social Media Marketing (e.g., LinkedIn).
Logistics experience preferred, but not required.
