The
Sr. Manager for Corporate Planning contributes to TMG's success by effectively planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all corporate planning analysis, and investor relations- related tasks for the organization. The Sr. Manager for Corporate Planning is responsible for determining company-wide plans, programs, and projects on a long-term basis, implementing strategies according to the company's plans and objectives, and identifying risks and proposing mitigating measures. He also ensures that corporate legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met. He is responsible for the flow of financial information to the Founding Partners, and handling corporate special projects in coordination with external parties and investors. More specifically, to provide strategic and financial guidance on financial strategy to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met and to develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the Company's business.
