What this job involves

As Sr. Lead Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible to work with Operations Teams to identify and implement opportunities to optimize process, reduce non-value adds, improve performance and reduce cost.

The role requires deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and various automation technologies, including VBA macros, Generative AI applications, Alteryx, and Power Automate. Demonstrates a proven track record of leveraging these tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma trainings and project executing, including mentoring and project management, implementation, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated expertise in designing and facilitating engaging training sessions to promote skill development at various organizational levels.

What is your day to day

  • Identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Conducting root cause analysis on identified issues or inefficiencies.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather insights and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Providing training and support employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to brainstorm ideas and solve problems.
  • Preparing reports on improvement initiatives and their impact for management review.
  • Managing ongoing improvement projects and ensuring they stay on track.

Required

Desired experience and technical skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or any related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.
  • Proficiency in at least one automation technology (e.g., VBA macros, Generative AI applications, Alteryx, Power Automate)

Preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies like DMAIC, VSM etc
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience in deploying RPA solutions.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, SAS)
