SR. IT WEB PROGRAMMER (WEB APP)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Team Leader is responsible for establishing standard coding practices for programs based on predefined system specifications, ensuring the efficient operation of computer-based systems. They coordinate with the database administrator and end-users for system design, conduct technical training, and supervise system implementation before final turnover.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop accurate, efficient, and structured programs.
  

• Thoroughly test programs.
  

• Analyze system specifications for completeness and conformity to programming standards.
  

• Conduct technical training on system operations for newly developed/implemented systems.
  

• Provide technical support on newly developed/implemented systems to end-users either by phone or onsite visit.
  

• Prepare system documentation including:
  
  a. File layout
  
  b. Screen description
  
  c. Conversation flow
  
  d. Program map
  
  e. User's manual
  

• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  
  

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  
  
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in website, online systems, back-end development, and related web projects.
  
  - Proficient in oral and written English.
  
  - Able to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests.
  
  - Experience in Cloud Hosting (API Gateway, Lambda, and EC2 Infrastructure).
  
  - Experience in the following web development technologies:
  
  - AngularJS
  
  - jQuery
  
  - Node.js
  
  - JavaScript
  
  - PostgreSQL (Database)
