The role involves developing and executing personnel procedures, providing guidance for business operations, participating in HR objectives, administering benefits, suggesting new policies for employee experience, and ensuring compliance with regulations and employment laws.
Run the daily functions of the HR Operations, which includes but not limited to associate relations, account-related audit compliance, training, and other HR functions.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes- Creates and supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve associate morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Supports administration of HR policies, processes and procedures.
- May train, mentor, and assist in the development of others.
Supports management and all associates within a site.- Assists the local HR team in delivery of overall responsibilities.
Provides general guidance and support on performance concerns and issues.
- Required skills and qualifications.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Broad human resource generalist knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Recordkeeping, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations- Must be adept to the Labor Law provisions including human relations and employee rights.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong communications skills
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Amenable to work on a hybrid work set up in BGC Taguig
