Job Summary:
As a Sr. Functional Consultant at our company, you will play a key role in assisting our clients in optimizing their business processes and achieving their goals through the implementation and utilization of the Acumatica ERP platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze their existing systems and processes, and design and implement effective solutions using Acumatica's suite of applications. Your expertise in Acumatica's functionality and best practices will enable you to guide clients through successful implementations and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements, objectives, and challenges, and translate them into functional specifications for Acumatica ERP implementation.
- Analyze clients existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices for process optimization.
- Design and configure Acumatica's applications, modules, and workflows to meet clients specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
- Lead and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of Acumatica solutions.
- Provide expert guidance, training, and support to clients personnel, enabling them to effectively utilize Acumatica's features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and customization of Acumatica solutions, addressing any technical issues or requirements that may arise during the implementation process.
- Proactively identify and address risks and issues that may impact the successful implementation of Acumatica solutions, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates, enhancements, and industry best practices related to Acumatica's product offerings, and provide recommendations to clients on leveraging new features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering effective stakeholder management.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, scoping sessions, and proposal development, to assist in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- -6 years of proven experience as a Functional Consultant, preferably with expertise in implementing and supporting Acumatica ERP solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Acumatica's suite of applications, including Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and CRM.
- Strong understanding of core business processes and best practices across various industries.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing Acumatica's ERP system, including defining entities, screens, workflows, and reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively assess complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- With Acumatica certifications (e.g., Acumatica Certified Functional Consultant)
- Experience in pre-sales activities, such as solution demonstrations and proposal development, is a plus.
