• What is your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Java Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our software solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• _Design and Development:_ Lead the design and development of scalable and robust web applications using Java and other technologies.

_Full Stack Development:_ Work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

• _Technical Leadership:_ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

_Code Quality:_ Ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing.

• _Architecture:_ Contribute to the architecture and design of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.

_Agile Methodologies: _Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• _Problem Solving:_ Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

_Continuous Improvement:_ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them in projects.

• Who are we looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.

Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development. Experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.

• Extensive experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant certifications in Java, web development, or cloud technologies.

Previous experience in a technical leadership role.

• Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
