Job Summary: The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchisees to expand our brand's footprint. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, nurturing relationships with potential franchisees, and ensuring a seamless transition for new partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the franchising model.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and attract potential franchisees through various channels, including online platforms, trade shows, networking events, and referrals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve franchise growth targets. Analyze market trends and competition to inform strategy.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, guiding them through the sales process and addressing their concerns.Qualification & Evaluation:
Assess the suitability of potential franchisees through interviews, financial evaluations, and background checks.Presentation & Pitching: Conduct presentations and pitch sessions to potential franchisees, highlighting the benefits and opportunities of partnering with [Company Name].
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations on franchise agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Close sales and secure commitments from new franchisees.
Onboarding & Support:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new franchisees, providing them with necessary training, resources, and support to ensure their success.Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on sales metrics, franchisee performance, and market conditions. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of franchise sales strategies and compliance with regulations.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities for franchise expansion, conducting feasibility studies and market research.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in franchise sales or business development.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of the franchising model and franchise operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Willingness to travel as required.
