About the Role
The Sr. Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and support of our NetSuite ERP and other financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and deep expertise in NetSuite functionality to ensure the system meets the organization's needs.
What you'll do:
System Configuration and Customization:
Configure and customize NetSuite and other financial applications to align with the organization's business processes and requirements.
Implement and maintain custom fields, forms, records, workflows, scripts, and other configurations as needed.
User Support and Training:
Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.
Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.Integration and Data Management:
Collaborate with other teams to manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the systems through regular audits and data cleanup activities.
Manage and design integrations to support seamless data flow across systems.
System Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement performance optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency.
Upgrades and Enhancements:
Plan and execute system upgrades, staying current with the latest features and enhancements.
Evaluate and implement new systems, NetSuite modules, or features to enhance system capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive business data and ensure compliance with security policies.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct regular security audits, and apply patches and updates as needed.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience with NetSuite configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
Strong experience in the following NetSuite Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Reporting, and Advanced Revenue Management Module.
Experience with financial systems supporting Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes.
Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, custom records, custom fields, custom forms, and advanced PDFs.
Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
