- Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Handles in AP (Cheque preparation and record transactions in ERP)
FS schedule preparation
Handles SSS benefits (maternity & sickness notification/filing)
Check completeness of CV and JV files
Filing of documents
BDO credit card reconciliation
Responsible for preparation of pcf replenishment summary monthly
Responsible to update BDO passbooks
Monitoring of fund on hand against cheque issuance
Education: BS Accountancy Graduate
Years of relevant experience: 3-4 years in General Accounting Field
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
