QUALFICATIONS- Registered and Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer for at least ten (10) years,
With expertise in using Primavera program/ software Minimum five (5) years of experience in building construction management as Planning Engineer and handled- At least one (1) completed project involving construction management services for either or combination of commercial, institutional, industrial buildings with a total gross floor area (TGFA) of at least 10,000 square meters, excluding warehouses, hangars, and public markets in the computation of the TGFA.
