Assist the CMD Head in managing a team of Engineers/Architects, including reviewing specifications and bidding documents (if required), attending project meetings, submitting regular accomplishment reports, and providing support for Civil Engineering.- Ensure that all Job Orders are delivered on time; within the approved budget; within the approved scope & specifications; and with good standard quality.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team members and clients. Keeps open communications with the following people on site: General Foreman, Leadman, Timekeeper & Warehouse Man.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.- Provide regular updates to his/her immediate supervisor: daily manpower loading & progress reports.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment on project sites.
- To handle other immediate project tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Completed a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Passed the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) licensure exam for civil engineering.
With a leadership role experience.- Adept in MS Office, AutoCAD, PM Software
