Qualifications:- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, License Exam in Civil Engineering.
Licensed Civil Engineer- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in infrastructure or site development projects.
Proficiency in Civil 3D software and Microsoft Office (Excel) is required.
- Extensive experience working on horizontal (Site Grading and Drainage, Utility Design for Water, Sewer and Force main, Roads & Bridges) design & construction.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Lead the development of detailed civil engineering designs for various projects, including roads, highways, drainage systems, and site development.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using Civil 3D software and other design tools.
Develop detailed design layouts, ensuring all designs and reports are thoroughly reviewed and approved.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges of projects.
Conduct comprehensive site assessments and surveys to gather necessary data for project planning and design.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure design integrity and project coordination.
Perform complex calculations for design specifications, including grading, drainage, and pavement analysis.
Review and approve design modifications, providing technical guidance during construction phases.
Conduct rigorous quality assurance and quality control checks on project designs.
Mentor junior engineers and provide training and development support.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
