Job description:- Responsible for developing strategies of the specific categories under their Division to maximize business performance and profitability, ensure availability of competitively dominant merchandise assortment, and members satisfaction by meeting demographic needs.
Develop assortment plans that support overall strategy for key merchandise categories and classifications, items, and vendors.- Particularly under a single or a group of categories within the Division which includes the following categories: Food and Fresh
Ensures effective execution of merchandise selection and procurement.
- There's KPI's, Familiar with Sales Margin, Inventory, contacting and local and International transactions.
Processing some reports and some product developments
: Knowledgeable in meat and poultry.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any business related and or Major in Agriculture.
- Manager/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Retail or Merchandising or equivalent.
With at least 2-5 years buying experience in a retail environment or substitute 5 years merchandising experience specifically for any of the following: FOOD and FRESH Category.- With good negotiation and excellent communication skills.
With a sense of urgency and can handle pressure.
- Knowledgeable in costing and pricing.
