Minimum Qualifications:
- Expertise in PowerBI, SQL and Excel
- Background in Process Mapping
- Background in Process Engineering
- Six Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required)
- Okay with being an individual contributor
- At least 5 years of experience in business transformation/process
- improvement or excellence/continuous improvement
- Bachelor's Degree of any discipline
Work Conditions:
- Full onsite work for the first 3 months, then hybrid after with 2-3 days/week onsite work in Pasig
- Travel opportunities within the Philippines depending on the projects being worked on
- Night shift (9:00 pm to 6:00 am/10:00 pm to 7:00 am, Mon-Fri)
- Observes the US Holidays
