Sr. Backend Developer

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop core algorithms and functional modules for the back end of our WMS, ensuring high code quality and optimal performance.

Understand and analyze development requirements and problem backgrounds to design appropriate solutions, including requirements specified in English.

Improve team development efficiency by introducing new AI programming tools and adhering to industry best practices.

Investigate and resolve technical difficulties, focusing on JVM CPU utilization, memory overflow, and other issues, to maintain seamless online operations.

Requirements:

1. Independently responsible for the development of core algorithms and functional modules in the back end of WMS system, investigate and solve technical difficulties, and ensure code quality and performance.

2. Deeply understand the development requirements and the corresponding problem background, and give the appropriate solution design according to the requirements (including English requirements)

3. Help team members to improve development efficiency (including but not limited to introducing some new AI programming tools and good industry practices).

4. Bachelor's degree. Computer related majors, 3-5 development experience

5. Familiar with java micro service architecture, master the JVM CPU high occupancy, memory overflow and other problem processing tools and methods, with online problem actual processing experience.

6. Skilled in using at least one scripting language (such as Python, Node.js) and have experience of using scripting language to deal with some daily automation work.

7. Experience in web front-end development, familiar with vue and other front-end frameworks.

8. Familiar with MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, and the common tools and methods of SQL optimization. 9. Master micro service interface pressure testing tools and have practical experience in using them (such as jmeter). Skilled in the use of linux and docker.

10. Familiar with the software development process, in-depth participation in at least one micro service project complete delivery cycle, including demand research, architecture design, functional development, testing, on-line. (Priority will be given to those who have experience in micro-service product development in logistics and warehousing field or cross-border e- commerce field.)

11. Possess conceptual thinking, good at analyzing and abstracting business problems, and propose reasonable solutions.
