VISUAL EXECUTION AND PRODUCTION
- Produce high quality artwork for SVENinbehalf of their clients which are not limited to the following requirements:
- Digital materials ranging from social media content, website designs, digital ads and mobile apps.
- Convert certain digital materials to video format with minimal animation.
- Print materials ranging from OOH Executions, Trade, retail, event materials, and Print Ads.
- Provide creative assistance in achieving the overall brief by which are not limited to the following:
- Minor styling and product photography
- Sourcing of vector, stock photo and font assets
- Post-processing of client given and shot assets
CREATIVETHINKING ANDVISUALIZATION
- Provide inputs and ideas during discussions and determine how best to represent a concept visually
- Learn and understand details pertaining to the company's effective operation and workflow.
- Exercise proper discretion in creating the design execution and determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Participate in brainstorming
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING
- Make sure all artworks created are aligned and approved by the immediate supervisor
- Make sure all files are backed up and the folders are properly arranged.
- Take care of equipment unit
- Maintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced.
- Make sure all deliverables are met and on time.
- Ability to plan and prepare for outcomes on the basis of priority and effective management of time.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by Junior members
- Coordinate and cascade aligned information during discussions to the team
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Manage own brand accounts and projects, working within budget (if social media shoots) and other requirements.
- Confer with creative, art, copywriting, or production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and to coordinate creative activities.
Requirements- With at least 6-8 years relevant work experience
- Previous work in a digital agency environmentis a plus!
- A strong understanding of modern graphic design software, including products such asAdobeXD, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Notably creative with a desire to merge knowledge and experience with business andart
- Candidates must be willing towork on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
