We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounting & Finance Manager to join our team and lead our finance department to new heights.

  • Position Overview:

The Senior Accounting & Finance Manager ensures the smooth operation of all financial and accounting activities within the finance department. This role involves overseeing the Accounting & Finance Manager and the junior accounting staff, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The Senior Accounting & Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the company.

  • Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the overall financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, the general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Lead the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise the Accounting & Finance Manager and junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular tax audits and ensure accurate payroll processing.
Prepare and present budgeting reports and forecast revenues.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Monitor the daily performance and productivity of the accounting department.
  • Organize and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and maintain updated records.
Track and report the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans.

  • Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Senior Accounting Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior role.
  • Extensive experience with accounting software and MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas).
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage and interpret large amounts of data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
Team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Amenable to work onsite along West Service Road, Paraaque City, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
