Responsibilities: - Deal with customer inquiries and provide additional services as required
Ensure clients consistently receive service excellence in line with our service standards- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients financial situations
Prepare Financial Statements
- Prepare Cashflows and Business Management reports
Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies and SMSFs- Prepare Business Activity Statements
Prepare tax planning strategies
- Prepare Annual Trust Distribution Resolutions
Complete FBT Returns- Liaise with the tax authorities on client matters
Liaise with Superannuation funds and other representatives in relation to client funds
- Prepare Business Grant applications
Business entity setup and registration- Prepare tax registrations and applications as required
Train and support clients in the use of Xero
- Provide general accounting and taxation advice to clients in consultation with the CEO and other accountants.

- Qualifications / Requirements:
Previous experience working in the accounting/finance department for an Australian client.- Willing to relocate or travel to Angeles City Pampanga.
Can start immediately since this is an URGENT requirement
Minimum 5 years experience in the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for Individuals, Companies, Trusts, and SMSFs
In-depth knowledge of CGT and Div7A legislation
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting Software Including Xero, Quickbooks & MYOB
Excellent knowledge of XERO Tax & Practice Management- Excellent Knowledge of BGL
Excellent knowledge of taxation legislation
- Skills for communicating those concepts
Excellent use of Word, Excel and Outlook
