The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the Agency's various Clients to preserve customer satisfaction by listening to project objectives, preferences, managing expectations, and addressing them with fruitful advice and expert servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Represents the company as the first point of contact for new and existing customers;
- Oversees Jr. Account Executives and ensures performance.
- Manages and delivers project results and completion to the clients;
- Documents and submits reports on contact points, and project progress internally and externally;
- Promotes the company's products to encourage further business with existing clients and presents products to prospective clients;
- Provides professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty;
- Creates, manages, and files internal budgets, proposals, Job Orders, Sales Agreement Orders, and Profitability Forecasts;
- Creates team calendar for efficient work schedule and task management;
- Negotiates agreements and keeps records of sales and data; and
- Ensures that projects and content released follow industry standards, ASC, FDA, DTI rules, and brand guidelines;
- Translates Client briefings into Agency Creative Briefs;
- Manages third-party suppliers for project completion;
- Monitors Client collections and assists the Finance Department in payment collection from clients when needed;
- Responds to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction to maintain the company's reputation;
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or director
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related courses.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in Advertising or any related field.
- Must live within NCR (Metro Manila)
- Knowledgeable in DTI, FDA, and ASC regulations (Will undergo Orientation)
- Knowledgeable in market research, sales, and negotiating principles;
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office or other related software;
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills;
- Organizational and time-management skills.
