Responsibilities

Handle the tickets that are escalated by the Tier 1
Resolve the medium complex tickets
App Support - Phone, Web, Chat
VMWare ( Basic ) , Windows Servers, Cloud Tech
SQL Server - Query Writing ( Medium )

Basic Requirements:

Graduate of IT or related degree
Preferably from a BPO set-up or MSPs
Good communication skills
Willing to work Onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
