PILMICO FOODS CORPORATION, the food and agribusiness subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, is considered as one of the largest flour milling companies in the Philippines. We are primarily engaged in the manufacture of wheat flour and wheat by-products and have been ranked among the top three domestic flour producers in terms of sales.
We import both soft and hard wheat, the primary raw material for our products, from the United States and Canada. All our flour products are fortified with Vitamin A and Iron, and certified with Halal and Sangkap Pinoy seal. Through our Research and Training facilities located in Luzon and Mindanao, we also offer technical services and bakery trainings to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Our products are distributed all over Philippines through distributors and dealers. We have also expanded the reach of our flour products to the ASEAN region, exporting to countries like: Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar and Hongkong.

Job Description
Under the supervision of the Country Director, the incumbent shall have strong leadership to lead the sales team to create program, manage resources and achieve the goals set for the category. He/she must possess good analytical skill on data collection, market situation and spotting emerging opportunities in the market. He/she must be able to build good rapport with the customers and provide guidance to the team in providing after sales service. He/She must have good interpersonal skills to liaise with local and regional stakeholders and organize the day to day requirements of the business according to the company's policy and standard operating procedures.

- Prepare annual budget, programs, sales goals and KPI of the category
- Build and organize the distribution network and maintain regular contacts with customers.
- Represent the company to important events that would build the brand
- Oversee area/territory sales activities and provide guidance to Sales Executives, Area Supervisors or Area Sales Managers for execution/implementation of policies or instructions.
- Develop, motivate and manage the sales and support teams to meet business and organizational goals
- Prepare monthly sales report and sales forecast, update area customer database for the management and the other departments.
- Organize collection of competitors information on a regular basis including activities and strategies in promotion, pricing, products and distributions network.
- Ensure that products are available in the market. Coordinate with the other departments for smooth supply.
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize training programs to develop sales and technical skill and competency of the team.
- Organize the report of any quality problem of the products and/or performance to relevant department and make sure that these are resolved. Respond rapidly and resolve any customer complaints and/or technical enquiries to the satisfaction of the customers
- Propose to the Group new ideas of products and services you find relevant for future development
- Any other duties as instructed by the Management.
Additional Information
Required : University Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Animal Nutrition or Animal Science
Desirable : Master degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science or Veterinary
PART E: RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience in the Specialty Nutrition industry for at least 5 years
- Has experience in managing a high performing sales team
- Has knowledge of CRM software
- Has strong communication and team management skills
