IMPACT
The Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Executes processes in line with Renewable Energy Solutions functional area:
- Trade Finance Ensures securities (incoming and outgoing) are acceptable, renewed timely and processes security reduction, cancellation and claim
- Perform controls to mitigate exposure and prevent potential breaches and adhere to record management standards
- Support set up of Trade Finance processes for new frontiers
INTERFACES
The Specialist interacts with multiple stakeholders across business and finance such as T&S Credit, Finance, Process Excellence, Commercial Ops, Traders, Legal Counsels, and Treasury. The job requires theincumbent to network with third party customers and banks where necessary.

The Specialist must demonstrate:
- SKILLin Deal Structuring, Operational Credit Risk Management, Risk Drivers, Policy and Compliance, Credit System & Technologies by:
- Ensuring appropriate KYC/deal/control requirements are adhered to and intervene on potential red flags
- Exhibiting CI/digital mindsetto support implementation of process improvements
- Analyzing how changes in credit ratings, limits, and mark-to-market price affect credit exposure and recommending ways to maximize the value and mitigate risk
- KNOWLEDGEin Portfolio Risk Management, Strategic Thinking, Communications, Engagement & Business Partnering, and Business Acumen by:
- Building good work relationships and gathering inputs within the team, Business, Finance, Credit,etcto collectively agree on risk mitigation strategy
- Learning governing rules (UCP 600, ISP98, URDG) to better comprehend and articulate risks in security language, where applicable
