Specialist, Supplier Enablement Ariba

As a Specialist, Supplier Enablement Ariba, you will be responsible for the following:

Process & System Management

Supplier Enablement Specialist is the single focus for day-to-day management of the enablement project

Has the authority and responsibility to run the project on behalf of the Project Board / Steering Committee including but not limited to: coordinating supplier data collection, providing SAP with all data reasonably required by SAP

Creating and approving supplier communications and education content

Participating in and supporting supplier training webinars/summits as well as regular enablement project status calls

Reinforcing solution compliance with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Acting as primary point of contact to monitor the generic buyer email inbox

Coordinating enablement related cutover activities with Tech Lead

Main contact for seller integration project coordination, escalation point of contact

Identify and troubleshoot project issues & escalates risks and major roadblocks to Project/ Program Manager

Ensure smooth operation of the Ariba platform for business

Offer and conduct training sessions

Understand stakeholder needs/ requirements and challenges with the platform

Development of reporting to evaluate performance against organizational goals

Support the development, improvement and documentation of QIAGEN's purchasing processes

Adaptation / optimization of operational processes & performance feedback in close collaboration with the respective operational teams and category leaders

Support the assessment of implications of internal or external change requests

Track and propose system enhancements related to Ariba and interfaces to SAP S4 or any other related systems

Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing for SAP Ariba

Drive automation and standardization of reporting tools and together with Process, Methods and Tools & define interfaces and data output from leading system (mainly SAP) who needs interfaces to other systems

Plans and manages project tasks to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards to achieve high stakeholder satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree with main emphasis on Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, with a strong IT/systems focus or vice versa
• Proven experience in both of these 2 Ariba lines:

Strategic Sourcing : Sourcing, Contracts and SLP/SIPM.

Operational/Tactical : Ariba Buying, Catalogs, Network

• Minimum of 3 years experience in equivalent role
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Good communication skills
• Highly analytical, meticulous with details & numerically inclined
• Good team-player
• Critical-thinking, mathematical, communication & problem-solving
• Experiences in project and process management
• Proven track record in process improvement activities
• Relevant trainings (e.g Six Sigma, Lean) would be preferred
• Amenable to work mid-shift (flexible)
• Amenable to work onsite during probationary period, Hybrid upon regularization (McKinley West, Taguig)
