The Specialist shall perform the following tasks:
- Enables collaboration with the accounts team to understand the client specific requirements before onboarding and contracting a supplier.
- Manages incoming and outgoing communications with the suppliers for any contracts and compliance needs.
- Performs limited contract negotiation activities with suppliers, accounts team and sourcing leads.
- Reviews and presents supplier data with the accounts team and sourcing lead, prior to engaging the supplier to be onboard and contracted.
- Ensures data integrity of contract database and other tools that drive compliance with JLL and client requirements.
- Regularly reviews contracts and COI compliance spend; proactively identifies and analyzes compliance issues and works with supplier, account teams, and sourcing lead to obtain required information to resolve compliance gaps.
- Collaborates with JLL Legal and Risk Management team for counter proposal and risk assessment support.
- Ensures contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures are maintained and followed through the portfolio.
- Supports execution of all business due diligence efforts in supplier onboarding i.e., risk and compliance assessment, contracts, 3rd Party requirements.
- Supports sourcing plan execution activities such as data collection of RFP related documents, system launch, creating sourcing event and sending out notices to successful and unsuccessful bidders.
- Provides support to suppliers by giving basic training and responding to queries related to sourcing event.
- Supports and assists development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements.

- A good eye for detail.
- Sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables daily.
- Ability to work autonomously to manage and effectively prioritize multiple tasks, being flexible as priorities change.
- Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional groups, coaching skills.
- Experience in contracts functions and negotiation are advantages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good analytical and reporting skills.
