- Responsible in leading Continuous Improvement Programs across various functions. The candidate will serve as the Business Partner by championing the identification of process bottlenecks and variations through Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.

Qualifications
- Preferably from Statistics/Engineering background when it comes to education
- At least Green Belt trained and practitioner, with minimum of 2 to 3 projects
- Have lead similar continuous improvement programs across different functions within an organization
- With experience in process streamlining related to insurance or other fintech, working experience with a consulting firm in insurance domain will be an added advantage
- Minimum experience in process improvement domain 5 years, over all experience 10-15 years
Responsibilities
- The candidate is responsible in spearheading continuous initiatives and projects across business functions. The candidate will serve as the main point of contact of the Brighter Way initiative for all functions and will lead the identification of process bottlenecks and variations through Lean Six Sigma methodology and other process improvement tools.
