What is the Role All About
- The Specialist, Inflight Services & Training trains and develops cabin crew members based on company requirements
- Designs and creates training and development programs that address knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes of a cabin crew, and enable them to fulfill job requirements
- Conducts all training programs as indicated in the training manual
- Acts as Check Cabin Crew and conducts competency checks in compliance with existing company and government regulatory policies

- Graduate of any Bachelor&aposs degree course
