We are looking for a tech-savvy Specialist for our Digital Customer Experience with a background in E-commerce maintenance to join our growing Customer Experience team. The person in this role has an eye for what will appeal to customers and uses an innovative approach to improve Customer Experience and revenue generation. As the Specialist, Digital Customer Experience, the person are keen to details, have the drive to improve the interaction of our customers on our digital channels and communicates with different stakeholders to improve the experience.
I. Technical Skills (70%)
Ensure that Digital platforms (E-commerce, customer portal and other future projects) are working properly.
Manage and respond to customers/users of the digital platforms of Dover Food Retail.
Troubleshoot issues of the customers/users pertaining to the usage of the different digital platforms.
Research and formulate ways to optimize user experience.
Train customers on the use of the Digital Platforms.
II. People Skills (20%)
Collaborate with the different departments (IT, Marketing, Customer Experience and etc.) to maintain and improve the functions of the digital platforms.
Track deliverables and communicate timelines.
III. Strategic Skills (10%)
Provide insights to the strategic plan of the Digital Customer Experience Team.
Create best practices and documentations for the development of the different Dover Food Retail Digital platforms.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related course.
Minimum of 2 years experience in handling digital platforms such as customer portal, E-commerce and user interface.
Preferred Skills:
Technical Skills
o Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Programs
o Project Management Skills and experience.
o Experience in E-Commerce Software and administration such as database management, testing and set up.
o Basic knowledge on web design and database management.
o Knowledge on Salesforce and other CRMs.
Client Management skills is a plus.
Advance English Communication Skills.
