Under the general guidance and within the limits of
Chroma Hospitality Inc. policies, and procedures; the Special Projects Assistant is responsible in assisting the Assistant Manager with the Over-all Hotel Project Buy Outs Processing and Budget Monitoring:
- Familiarizes himself/herself with Project Budget Breakdown prepared by the Special Projects Manager, and take note of the Project's Target Opening
Ensures Understanding of the Brand Attribute in each PR prepared that is Brand-specific, so can properly coordinate requirements with SCM- Responsible for the Timely and Accurate Preparation of PRs
Monitors the canvas of items from SCM
- Monitors the POs issued by SCM and is responsible for updating of the Budget Monitoring Report
Responsible for the accurate of PR/PO Monitoring and Budget Monitoring Reports as PRs, Canvas and POs are issued.- Monitors the timely deliveries to the site and ensures that these consistently meets set target dates
Prepares the request of Payments and calls the attention of the Manager with delays in a timely manner
- Coordinates with SCM and Company's Finance Teams on the related tasks
Ensures proper communication and documentation at all times
With Bachelor's degree- Preferably with background in administrative job
Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Excellent written and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
