SPANISH SPEAKING EXPORT DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST Utilize fluency in Spanish to manage and process documentation accurately.
- Data entry and preparation of HBL and MBL ocean bills of lading, creation and distribution of invoices and timely release of finalized documents and pre alerts.
Ensure the on-time delivery of customer's documents.- Process approval of bills of lading.
Customer/carrier troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Manage incoming emails to general Ocean Booking Mailbox.
Send updated booking confirmations to customers with new shipment dates based on details received from the Steamship Line.- Requesting simple CY / CY (Container Yard) bookings with carriers in assisting Export Specialists.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Management.
Must be FLUENT in Spanish both written and oral.
- 2+ years of NVOCC/Ocean Carrier experience in the documentation field.
Solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines.
Strong typing skills and experience with export data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with external clients as well as internal teams.
