Spanish Speaking Business Development and Client Relations Manager
Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities in Spanish-speaking markets
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape in the industry
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns
Handle client concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Provide input into strategic business decisions from a sales and client relationship perspective
Experience and Proficiency:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and google suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Knowledge in construction and/or real estate is a plus!
