Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Receive and answer inbound calls.
Handle customer requests, issues, and other concerns.
  • Respond to queries raised by customers and clients.
Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
  • Send messages to customers through chat or email.
Process payments and returns for customers or clients.
  • Qualifications:
At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
  • College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • _Must be able to speak and understand Spanish._
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
No experience in the BPO industry Come and join us!
  • Should be willing to work on-site (this is an on-site position).
Should be willing to work full-time (this is not a part-time position).
  • Should be willing to undergo training.
Available to start immediately.
