Job SummaryThe purpose of this role is to support the company to achieve its objectives by attracting and engaging people to apply in the organization. This person will build positive impression of the recruitment process and will be responsible to recruit the right people who will fit in to the culture and goals of the company.
- Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies
- Engage the candidates during the interviews
- Assign and adjust work assignments, monitors staff hours of work
- Work with patients to schedule appointments/therapy, addressing concerns or answering questions about their service/care plan and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed correctly
- Coordinate care between patients and care providers to ensure that patients receive appropriate treatment
- Evaluate necessity, efficiency and appropriateness of services provided to patients on a case to case basis
- Coordination with insurance companies to determine coverage for services provided. Mediating between candidates and hiring managers
- Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process
- Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field- at least 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist
strong Spanish communication skills (written & verbal)
- in-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity
