Provide support for financial products and services, ensuring optimal customer service experiences.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and propose solutions to address both internal and external customer issues for swift resolution.
Undertake moderately complex customer support duties.
Receive guidance from the customer service supervisor and escalate unusual inquiries as needed.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address intricate customer concerns.
Conduct training sessions on policies and procedures, offering guidance to less experienced staff and both internal and external customers.
Earn P50K P90K per month!
With Language Premium on top of basic monthly salary plus over-time pay and night differential.
Possible hybrid set-up
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Centers, or an equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
At least 2 years in college (or equivalent) with no back subjects
Willing to work onsite/hybrid in Taguig on a night shift schedule.
Proficiency in Spanish language skills (spoken and written)
