  • Key Responsibilities:
  • -LEAD AND ENGAGE: Take charge of customer interactions by confidently expressing expertise in solving customers problem. Lead conversations with a proactive approach, demonstrating your expertise to guide customers through their inquiries or concerns effectively.
  • -DEMONSTRATE EXPERTISE: Utilize your deep understanding of our products/services to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers. Showcasing your expertise will not only resolve customer issues but also enhance their overall experience.
  • -PROBLEM SOLVING: Embrace challenges as opportunities to demonstrate your problem-solving skills. Approach each situation with a solution-oriented mindset, utilizing your outspoken nature to effectively address customer concerns and find resolutions.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
