• Job Description:

We're in search of a motivated and adaptable Virtual Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about spa management and eager to contribute to the growth of a holistic wellness brand. Work from home and work for US clients who pay you much more than your local spa.

• Responsibilities:

Manage the successful operation of our spa sales team from remote work from home.

• Coordinate virtual staff schedules, handle payroll, and facilitate remote training sessions.

Inventory management. With our cloud-based POS

• Assist in developing and executing virtual marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Deliver exceptional customer service through virtual bookings and client support on phone, email, text.

• Address any client or staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in financial management tasks such as budgeting and expense tracking.

• Contribute to the preparation of performance reports to drive continuous improvement.

Employees trainings (front desk sales team and service team via zoom meeting or video training

• Qualifications:

Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the spa, wellness, or related industry beauty salon or medical spa.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with excellent communication skills in English.

Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure in a virtual environment.

• Knowledge of holistic practices, massage, facial , skin care, beauty & wellness and spa services.

Familiarity with Meevo spa management software is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, marketing, sales or a related field preferred.

• IT Requirements:

Dual monitor desktop setup.

• Minimum internet speed of 300 Mbps.

Private quiet workspace or office space at home with reliable and private internet connection

• Compensation:

Competitive monthly salary of PHP 40,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus highly competitive commission for membership sign up and manager performance bonuses.
