Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Giuseppe's Filipino Italian Restaurant located in Tacloban. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in managing the kitchen and overseeing food preparation and cooking. You will also collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items, ensure food quality and presentation standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus

For this postion we are willing to offer P30k-P50k (Philippine Peso) competitive pay and benefits, including medical insurance and meal discounts. Housing, as well can be provided or you may opt to get your own. That is negotiable.
