Sous Chefs/Chef De Partie oversee food preparation and cooking in establishments in Recreational Bar, and help with the training of new kitchen staff. To succeed in this job, a candidate must be able to effectively undertake the following day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Must be in bachelor's degree in culinary or culinary diploma
At least 1-2 years of more of experience as a Sous chef/Chef De Partie in Restobar/Bar/Hotel.- Familiarity for various cooking methods, equipment and procedures
Excellent in record keeping and staff management.
- Must be proficient in MS Office preparing kitchen related reports.
Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills- Excellent skills for solving emergency situations and providing solutions.
With pleasing personality.
- Amenable to work in Poblacion, Makati.
Wiling to work at 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Tuesday to Sunday)
Can start ASAP.
