Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will lead a team of sourcing resources and work closely with recruiters to identify, attract, and engage top talent for our organization. The Sourcing Team Lead will be responsible for managing the sourcing strategy, processes, and tools to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of sourcing resources and provide guidance and support to achieve sourcing goals and objectives.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.

Utilize various sourcing channels and tools, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to identify potential candidates.

Evaluate and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques to optimize candidate search and engagement.

Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing plans for each role.

Analyze sourcing metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust as needed.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external vendors.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies.

Actively participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, and a minimum of 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.

Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent trends, competitor analysis, and emerging skill sets relevant to the organization's hiring

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.

  • Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of sourcing resources to achieve goals and objectives.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Passion for talent acquisition and a continuous improvement mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
* Monday to Friday
