Job Description

Position Purpose:

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible to present the career opportunities of Afni. You will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by conducting initial phone interviews with applicants and ensuring a seamless transition for qualified candidates to onsite assessments. Your responsibilities will involve efficient communication and meticulous reporting to facilitate the recruitment pipeline effectively.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


Conduct phone interviews with prospective applicants to assess their qualifications and suitability for the position.
Screen applicants based on predetermined criteria and accurately tag them in our recruitment system.
Coordinate and schedule online assessments for qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth transition in the recruitment process.
Regularly review and track the progress of all ongoing assessments to ensure timely completion.
Conduct outbound callouts to applicants with incomplete assessments to provide assistance, answer questions, and encourage completion. Document all interactions and follow-up actions.
Generate bi-hourly reports detailing the number of applicants contacted and invited onsite.
Compile and submit end-of-day reports summarizing the total number of applicants invited onsite.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Willing to work on the graveyard shift.
Must be willing to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City
At least 6 months experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
With a demonstrable track record in achieving targets.
Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).
Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.
Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office.
