Job SummaryThe Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and retaining qualified seafarers for cruise and marine operations. This position is critical to maintain the company's reputation for excellence in the maritime industry.

- Proactively identify, source, and attract qualified maritime professionals (officers and crew) for various vessel types, including container ships, tankers, bulk carriers, and offshore vessels.
Conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential candidates, including maintaining records of their qualifications, certifications, and availability.
Collaborate closely with our Operations and Crewing teams to understand client requirements and align sourcing efforts accordingly.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with maritime training institutions, industry associations, and relevant stakeholders to expand the candidate pool.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on candidate pipeline status, recruitment activities, and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Maritime Studies, Business Administrator or a related field;
- Minimum of 1-year experience in maritime recruitment or crewing, preferably with a manning agency.
Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, industry certifications, and vessel types.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Strong understanding of data governance and security principles.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications, recruitment software, ATS, data analytics and presentation tools.
Must be willing to work full time onsite.
