_Where diversity, innovation, and passion for technology converge. We are seeking recruiters to join our dynamic team, specializing in the acquisition of top talent from the UK market. This role involves market mapping, engaging, ATS data development, recruitment admin and sourcing candidates for various positions within our organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process._

• Job Responsibilities:

Talent Identification - Proactively identify and headhunt potential candidates using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, email and calling. Generate large pools of capable candidates that are ready to be interviewed for our programs.

• Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and relevant information for easy access.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessment tests, and handling other recruitment-related tasks.

Data Reporting: Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• KPIs - You will be working in a KPI driven environment and will be required to adhere to the goals that are set.

• Our Recruiter must have:

At least 2 yrs. experience working as a Sourcing Specialist or TA Specialist.

• Proven experience in LinkedIn sourcing (passive & active).

Sourcing through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experienced in UK and US recruitment, not necessary but preferred.

Experienced using CRM such as Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn and Vincere.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates effectively.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate data and records.
