What is your missionThe Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for managing Recruitment Sourcing Channels which include but are not limited to referral channels as Employee Referral, Applicant Referral, recruitment events involving university and external job fairs, recruitment partnerships/vendor management, online campaigns, branding, and engagement. The role also encompasses administrative functions like doing initial interviews and candidate management.
- Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:
The main goal is to ensure quality candidates endorsed to Recruitment Operations
- Meet the number of required candidates per open requisition.
Manage the Candidate Database, Applicant Tracker, and Interview Tracker- Post job ads on professional job sites and sourcing channels
Update candidates regarding their application status
Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of related experience doing Volume Recruitment, Sourcing or Headhunting
- Knowledgeable with Online Digital Channels or Employee Referral Program
Strong English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).- Intermediate proficiency w/ Microsoft Office tools With an added emphasis on MS Excel (Reporting).
