DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION- Sourcing new and screening existing candidates submitted against FTE opportunities
Processes requisitions that do not have an existing pipeline- Actively sourcing candidates utilizing resume databases, networks, social media including Facebook and Linkedin and other relevant resources
Precisely screens applicant resumes based on hiring managers requirements
- Collaborates with recruitment and operations and keeping all parties informed and engaged with the progression of sourcing for highlighted roles
Participates job fairs, information sessions and special recruiting events as needed- Assists the Recruitment team with overall recruiting goals
Serves as an employer brand guardian and ensuring its consistent execution and delivery
- Performs other related duties and projects as required for business needs
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- At least 1 years of experience in Recruitment/Sourcing
At least 1 year experience in the BPO Industry
Job Type: Full-time
