Job Description

Fixed term contract - until December 31, 2024.

Role Objective:

The position is responsible for providing the company with highly qualified manpower to address both present and future human resource requirements through professional and efficient recruitment activities and through networking with applicant sources.

To proactively identify and engage top talent, build a strong candidate pipeline, and collaborate effectively with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring needs and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Role responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels.

Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and assessment procedures.

Management of candidates in our system (Avature) and planners e.g. updating of statuses, schedules and feedback.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.

Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.

Utilize market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

Required skills and experience:

Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit.

Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill openings.

Sound candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates.

Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and soft qualities.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well.

Desired skills and experience:

Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to engage candidates and stakeholders.

Tenacity in pursuing candidates and navigating challenges in the sourcing process.

Precision in identifying candidate qualifications and matching them to job requirements.

Keeping track of multiple candidates and positions efficiently.

Ability to find and interpret information quickly and efficiently.
