Responsible for identifying potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, and building talent pipelines. In partnership with the recruitment team, Sourcing leverages recruitment marketing, industry research and social media to target and connect with passive candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or other related field.
- With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, screening candidates, sourcing processes in a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Candidate must be proficient in English language with background on social media networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
- Flexible to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment.
- Amenable to work on-site in Taguig & Mandaluyong.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare recruiting and interviewing plan and efficiently fill agent positions.
- Build networks and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, conduct prescreening interviews, and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
- Plan and map sourcing events/activities to support hiring needs.
