The sourcing associate is responsible for generating qualified leads for customer service associate positions in the company.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic input on best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and for functional talent through new and existing partnerships with vendors.
- In-charge of branding logistics for external and internal activities
- Develops and implements programs to include targeted job fairs and other activities, such as placing advertisements and networking.
- Sources passive candidates through networking, advertisements, job fairs, and branding initiatives
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or Advertising/Media.
- Experienced in vendor coordination and should have good PR skills
- Analytical skills with Creative out of the box thinking process.
- At least 6 months Sourcing or Recruitment exposure in a BPO set up is required
- Experience in Marketing or Events Management background and Online / Digital Media Marketing preferred
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels

- Skilled in creating and presenting executive presentations.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
- Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
- Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills including knowledge of survey and market research procedures.
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
