Job Summary:A Sourcing Associate is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates through various sourcing channels. This role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Sourcing:- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and Boolean searches, to identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.Screening and Assessment:
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters and hiring managers for further evaluation.
Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience:
1 year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.Skills:- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and social media sourcing.
Strong research and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
