Sourcing Analyst

Job Description Summary

This role will play a vital role in supporting the Director of Responsible Sourcing and the corporate sustainability team. The Responsible Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting various ESG data sets to provide valuable insights for strategy creation, goal setting and achievement, reporting and disclosure and decision-making.

About the Role:


Design and generate reports and data visualizations for stakeholder use and consumption including but not limited to the preparation of reports and materials to communicate responsible sourcing performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and due diligence to identify potential social, environmental, and ethical risks in the supply chain.
Conduct statistical analysis and modeling of ESG data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies using specialized software and programming languages (Power BI or Tableau).
Assist the Corporate ESG team in its annual ESG data collection efforts in alignment with frameworks/assessments including: GRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB/CDP, CSRD, SEC, California, UN Global Compact, Ecovadis.
Analyze, track and populate ESG data requests from clients including RFPs, client contracts and assessments requested by clients. Build a database of frequently asked questions/requested data points.

About You:


Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, AWS).
Experience in data mapping and modeling.
Preferred experience in reporting for sustainable sourcing, responsible procurement, or related fields, with a 1-3 years of relevant business experience.
Experience handling procurement or spend data is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
