Job Descriptions:
Responsible for curating an exceptional wine selection and providing expert guidance to enhance our guests dining experiences. Your role involves recommending and serving wines, educating guests and staff about wine varietals, and ensuring the proper storage and inventory management of our wine cellar.
Proven experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Certification from a recognized wine education program (e.g., WSET, CMS) preferred.
Extensive knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and vintages.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
